Inviting your team

How to add teammates to your clinic's Taiga workspace.

Anyone on your team who needs to see claims or reports can be invited to your clinic's Taiga workspace.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open the workspace switcher in the top-left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Choose Manage members.

  3. Enter your teammate's work email address and send the invite.

They'll receive an email with a link to create their account. Once they accept, they'll see the same clinic data you do.

Remove a teammate

From the same Manage members screen, find the person in the member list and remove them. Their access ends immediately.
