Granting Taiga Access to Zelis

How to add Taiga's billing team to your Zelis Payment Portal account so we can manage ERA/EFT enrollments and retrieve remits.

Zelis is a consolidated payment portal used by many payers to manage ERA and EFT enrollments. Taiga requests that customers provide access so we can update clearinghouse information and manage EFT enrollment. Zelis access can also be used to download 835 remits in the event of a missing or incorrect ERA enrollment.

Adding a new user

  1. Log on to the Zelis Payment Portal: https://provider.zelispayments.com

  2. Select User Management from the dropdown menu

  3. Select Add a User

  4. Enter the user details for Taiga's billing team:

  5. Username — create a username and select Click to validate username to check availability

  6. Permissions — please make sure Downloading Data, Lookup of Claims, Lookup of Payments, and Manage Payment Options are selected

  7. Click Save
