The Taiga dashboard is where your team watches the money: what's been billed, what's been paid, and what needs attention. Taiga's ops team works claims on your behalf, so most pages are read-only views into work happening for you.
Billing
Overview — cash collected, claims submitted, and payer balances at a glance: payments posted in the last 30 days, claims awaiting a payer response, denial rate, aging, and average days to payment, plus a snapshot of your claims mix and outstanding balances.
Reports — ask questions about your claims, charges, A/R, and encounters in plain English and get a report back, or open a standing report: top-line KPIs, net collection rate, first pass resolution rate, A/R aging, trends, payer mix, denials, procedures, and the scorecard.
Claims — every claim Taiga has touched, with current status and the money flowing through it.
Patients — patients on file for manual claim submission.
Queues — every work queue your claims move through: what Taiga is working, what needs your team, and what's snoozed.
Remits — electronic remittances (ERAs) received from payers.
Patient Balances — what patients owe after insurance pays, with secure payment requests.
Practice
Providers — the providers configured for billing.
Facilities — the locations Taiga bills under for your practice.
Credentialing — provider credentialing status by billing provider and payer.
Contracts — payer contracts attached to your billing providers.
Fee Schedules — contracted rates by code for your billing providers.
Bank Reconciliation — a read-only bank feed, connected through Plaid, that matches deposits against insurance remits.
Developers — API keys and partner API documentation, if your team integrates with Taiga programmatically.
Invoices — your monthly Taiga invoices, payable online by card or bank transfer.
On a phone
On a phone the sidebar is replaced by a bar across the bottom of the screen. Overview, Claims, Patients, and Queues are pinned to it, and everything else — the rest of Billing, all of Practice, and the Support and Help links — is one tap away under More. Tablets and computers keep the full sidebar.
Finding things fast
The search box at the top of the sidebar (or ⌘K / Ctrl+K) searches claims by patient name, claim ID, member ID, or date of birth and jumps to any page. That box lives in the sidebar; on a phone, tap More and use the search box at the top, or search from the filter bar on the page you're looking at.
Getting help
Click Help at the bottom of the sidebar to open a pre-addressed email to the Taiga team, or email [email protected] directly.
