The Claims page lists every claim Taiga has touched, with its current status and the money flowing through it. The view is read-only — our ops team works the queue on your behalf, so you never need to "work" a claim here to keep it moving.
Searching and filtering
Search by patient name, claim ID, member ID, or date of birth.
Filters along the top narrow the list by payer, status, tags, service date, owner, billable status, or responsible party. Click + Add for more filters.
Columns lets you choose which fields appear in the table; every column is sortable.
Export downloads the current view so you can work with it in a spreadsheet.
Each row shows the billed amount, what the payer allowed, the remaining insurance balance, patient responsibility, and what's been paid — so you can follow a claim's money without opening it.
Some rows show a "Why is this claim stuck?" hint next to the status — click it for a plain-English explanation of what the claim is waiting on.
Inside a claim
Click any row to open the claim. The header shows the patient, date of service, claim ID, billable status, and the money summary (billed, allowed, payments, balance, and who's responsible for the remainder).
The tabs cover everything on the claim:
Claim properties — patient, primary and secondary insurance, non-insurance payers, rendering/billing provider, service facility, care team, and any additional submission details (referral or authorization numbers, accident information).
Dx, Service lines & Remits — diagnoses, place of service, each service line (CPT code, modifiers, quantity, billed/allowed amounts), and the remits and insurance payments applied to the claim.
Write offs & Patient payments — adjustments and patient payments applied to the claim.
Other claims — the patient's other claims, for quick context.
Documentation — documentation attached to the claim.
The Activity panel on the right is the claim's timeline — visit completed, status changes, and billing task updates — so you can see exactly what has happened and when. Tasks shows any open work items on the claim.
When something looks off
If a claim looks wrong or stuck, message us from the dashboard (bubble in the bottom-right) and include the claim ID from the detail page header — the copy button next to it grabs it in one click.
