Getting answers from Reports

How to use the Reports page to ask questions about your claims, charges, A/R, and encounters in plain English.

Written by Nanda Guntupalli

The Reports page is a conversation, not a dashboard of canned charts. Ask a question about your billing in plain English and Taiga pulls the numbers and puts together a report.

The Reports page

What you can ask

Anything about your claims, charges, A/R, and encounters. Good starting points:

  • "Summarize my claims by status"

  • "How much of my A/R is over 60 days?"

  • "What are my top billed CPT codes?"

  • "What's my outstanding insurance vs patient balance?"

Follow-up questions work too — narrow a report by payer, provider, or date range by just asking ("only Aetna", "just last quarter").

Things to know

  • Billing data syncs periodically, so figures may lag live activity slightly.

  • For a fixed at-a-glance summary (collections, denial rate, aging), the Overview page is quicker.

  • For claim-by-claim detail, use the Claims page filters and export — Reports is for aggregates and trends.
