Getting help from Taiga

Where to find help articles, how to reach Taiga's support team, and what to include so we can resolve your question quickly.

Written by Nanda Guntupalli

Taiga's ops team works your claims behind the scenes, but questions come up — about a claim, a page in the dashboard, an enrollment, or your invoice. Here's how to get answers fast.

Start with the help center

The Support link at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar opens this help center — on a phone, where there's no sidebar, it's on the More screen instead. It covers every page of the dashboard, claim statuses, payer portal setup, and more — many questions are answered faster here than by waiting on a reply.

Contact Taiga support

If an article doesn't answer your question, or something looks wrong in your data, email [email protected] — the Help link next to Support opens a pre-addressed email.

What to include

The more specific the request, the faster the resolution. Where it applies, include:

  • What you were doing and what you expected — one or two sentences is plenty

  • Where you saw it — the dashboard page, or a link copied from your browser's address bar

  • Claim references — link the claim's detail page or include the claim ID shown there, rather than describing the patient

Prefer claim IDs and dashboard links over patient names or dates of birth in email — links keep the details inside the dashboard, where access is controlled.

What to expect

Someone on Taiga's team reads every message. You'll get an acknowledgment quickly, and we'll keep you updated until the question is resolved. If an issue affects money movement — a remit that looks wrong, a payment that didn't post — say so in the subject line so it's triaged first.

Questions about your bill

For anything on the Invoices page — your monthly invoice, autopay, or payment methods — email the same address and mention the invoice period (for example "July 2026").
